Parking in Bohemia Road

Dear Sir,

Last week, I was delivering some heavy equipment to a shop in Bohemia Road, before 6pm. In less than two minutes I had a ticket served upon my vehicle. I believe that the sign showing the regulations was obscured by cables. Should this then be legal? I don’t know the answer but have appealed. The shop where the sign is placed is right by the Bohemia Village Voice office.
